Are you looking to lead a school or program to embrace the Visible Learning body of literature and available resources? Join Dr. Matthew McDaniel as he shares a Visible Learning journey from the perspective of a practicing PK-5 school principal. This session will discuss how to build and sustain a thorough but manageable Visible Learning professional development schedule for staff, and how to maximize the efforts of staff to build collective teacher efficacy (Effect Size = 1.39). This session will share applied practices that you can implement immediately to guide your next steps.
